Our facilities include a 4-Stage degrease & pretreatment plant, consisting of a de-grease and zirconium phosphate; 2 de-ionised hot water rinses (we produce our own ionised water, which is tested as the best you can get); 1 incorporating an inhibitor to prevent flash rust; and a trivalent chrome conversion that can be applied in our box washer or our emersion tanks.

Shot blasting services
Shot blasting is a mechanical cleaning process that uses high-velocity beads to remove contaminants and other debris from the surface of metal. Applying a coating to unclean materials can cause a lack of adhesion. Sharp burrs and edges can cause lacerations. For these reasons and many more, metal often needs to be shot blasted prior to pretreatment.

Zinc Primer
Zinc primer is sprayed onto the metal and green baked to cure prior to powder coating. It is remarkable at its job for giving metal extreme longevity. It is used to help withstand very harsh conditions, like marine and various climates.
Two-Pack Etch
Two Pack Etch is used to promote good adhesion on surfaces like galvanised and stainless steel. It also is used to prevent blistering.
